I worked with Penguin Random House to develop this book jacket and put a modern twist on a historical favorite. Jo & Laurie is a retelling of the classic novel Little Women, but this time, Jo & Laurie get their happy ever after. Penguin wanted references to the book’s vintage roots while still looking fresh and appealing for modern young readers.
